Kate Messinger

Director of Events & Brand Partnerships

Kate is an events producer, brand strategist, and writer. From concept to rollout, she connects brands to artists, movements to audiences, and big ideas to real-world action. She specializes in fusing events with editorial flair, aligning brands with movements, and building partnerships that feel like culture, not marketing.

Her sweet spot is where fun meets function — where a party becomes a platform and hype meets heart. She’s especially passionate about work related to environmental conservation, Trans rights, and the radical act of being a nice person.

WHAT SHE DOES

Kate is a professionally trained clown, an obsessive people-watcher. She writes Eat Your Feelings, a Substack for hungry hearts, and collects tchotchkes with her husband like it's a competitive sport.

She’s a little bit Pee-Wee Herman, a little Cher, and a lot of John Waters — and yes, she overanalyzes your problems because she cares. If you’ve ever felt seen at one of her events, that’s not an accident. That’s the point.

Kate combines luxury taste with underground instincts. She’s got the Rolodex of a veteran and the eye of a creative director — plus the nerve to pitch wild ideas and the discipline to pull them off. Think: strategy with sparkle, logistics with a plot twist.

SECRET SAUCE

Most branded events are either boring or fake-deep. Kate Messinger makes sure they’re neither. She doesn’t just produce experiences — she engineers moments people actually remember (and talk about), built to bring people together and move culture forward.

HARD TRUTH

At Ephemeral Tattoo, Kate helped transform a boundary-pushing startup into a cultural phenomenon — producing over 50 brand partnerships and activations with clients like NBA, Olympic Team USA, Governor’s Ball, Audible, Poosh, and Match.com. Under her leadership, brand events brought in over $180K annually and generated 10M+ views across digital platforms. Before that, she cut her teeth producing content and campaigns for W Hotels, Maria Sharapova’s Sugarpova, Havaianas flip flops, Kajer Weiss and Ayond Beauty.

RECEIPTS

But wait, there’s more: she’s also a published writer with work featured in New York Magazine’s The Cut, VICE, Marie Claire, and the New York Observer.

At Carrot Impact, she leads events and brand collaborations that refuse to separate storytelling from strategy — seamlessly connecting what happens online, in rooms, and in hearts. Whether managing creative talent or designing interactive installations, Kate is a bridge — between brands and artists, ideas and execution, IRL vibes and digital resonance.

WHAT SHE BELIEVES

Art belongs in every room.

01.

Being kind is non-negotiable.

02.

Events should create connection, not just content, and partnerships should be real, not performative.

03.

The best events spark something bigger than applause: action, memory, momentum.
